Dear Sirs, I am looking for help finding a lender who can provide a large £38,000 loan. I was hoping to make some home improvements to my house including a new kitchen and a loft conversion but my bank will only lend up to £15,000 unsecured and I didn’t really want to end up with a mortgage as I only have 10 years left to pay on my current home loan.
